Lutech Medical stands behind every product we design, manufacture and sell. We will honor every transaction and treat each Lutech warranty claim with the utmost care. Each of our service engineer/technicians are trained to diagnose and hone in on the problem, to communicate openly and proactively with the customers and to fix an issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Basic Warranty Policy

Typically, Lutech products come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Accessories included with the unit carry a 6-month warranty.

If an item is under warranty and determined to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced and returned at no charge. If the item is out of warranty or not found to be defective, the customer will be responsible for parts, repair costs, and return shipping.

Loaner units are available at no cost, if needed.

Please note that warranty terms may vary based on distributor policies and individual sales contract terms. For questions regarding your specific warranty or extended warranty options, please contact your Lutech Medical representative or an authorized distributor.

Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty is voided if the product or accessory:

  • Has been damaged from improper operation or misuse.
  • Has been damaged because of improper connection to other equipment.
  • Has been damaged physically, whether by accident or not.
  • Has been damaged because of storage under inappropriate conditions.
  • Has been modified without the written authorization of Lutech.
  • Has had the serial number removed or defaced.

Return Policy

Contact us for a return authorization within 30 days of purchase. The devise and all accessories purchased must be undamaged and in working condition to receive a full refund (minus shipping and restocking charges). Call during business hours Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM ET for an authorization or with any questions.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be processed without an authorization.
