Its 5.5-inch screen gives forensic nurses a larger on-device viewing area which supports visual clarity of the targeted area(s) and a less-invasive, more effective patient-centered exam.
For programs that want to share the view in real time, the LT-300HD can also connect to an external monitor allowing teams to configure the exam room around the patient and education.
Clear Documentation
The U.S. Department of Justice’s A National Protocol for Sexual Assault Medical Forensic Examinations: Adults/Adolescents, Third Edition recognizes photography, documentation, informed consent, confidentiality and evidence integrity as part of its patient-centered medical forensic exam process.
When photographic documentation is appropriate and consent has been obtained, the LT-300HD works with Lutech Viewer software to document video and still images for medical and legal purposes. A foot pedal lets the examiner capture images while staying positioned at the colposcope, helping streamline the exam and keep the focus on the patient.
Images can then be managed and uploaded directly to the program servers and patient records for access, storage and retention. This streamlined process supports secure documentation without disrupting privacy, security or chain-of-custody considerations.
Flexible Set Up
